The Consumer Protection Unit has 5 members:

Ms. Samantha Budna is the Consumer Protection and Education Officer. She has been with the Bureau since November 2008 and is passionate about the promotion and protection of consumers and their rights by raising the profile of consumer power in Belize.

Mr. Elvis Morey has been a Consumer Protection Officer since August 2008. As one of the first members of the Consumer Protection Unit Mr. Morey takes great pride in the contributions he has made to the promotion of consumers' interests.

Mr. Lennox Nicholson is one of the Consumer Protection Inspectors and joined the Bureau in October 2009. Mr. Nicholson brings a wealth of experience in data collection from the Statistical Institute of Belize. He is repsonsible for market surviellance.
 
Mr. Nicholas Smith  became a member of the Bureau in September 2009 as a Consumer Protection Inspector. A former banker, Mr. Smith  uses his acquired PR and customer service skills to assist with consumer complaints and to monitor the market.

Ms. Kenisha Stuart is the Consumer Protection & Liaison Officer. Since joining the Bureau in March 2009 she has been responsible for coordinating the public awareness activities.
